Arbor Day!

We like our new t-shirts. 

 

We decorated pots.  

And planted trees. 

 We learned about bugs and made antennae!

Buddy Recess

Did you know on inside recess days we have buddy recess in our classroom? 

I randomly pick partners.  Together they make a free choice in the classroom.  

I have found this to be a great way for students to learn problem-solving skills as well play with different children.   Sometimes a new friendship is formed.
